Where your data lives
MLS data, client details, and documents are encrypted in transit and at rest, scoped to your brokerage, and reachable only by the people you invite. No cross-client access, ever.
Models and your content
We use commercial language models under agreements that prohibit training on your content. Prompts are versioned, outputs are logged, and nothing from your listings or offer packets improves a general model.
A human before anything ships
Listing copy and offer packets are drafts. A licensed human reviews and approves before they reach a client or a counterparty. Every draft records its inputs and the prompt version that produced it.
How we handle mistakes
Copilots are evaluated against a fixed test set before deployment and re-evaluated on every change. When output regresses, the deployment is blocked. You get the report either way.
Retention and deletion
Data is retained for the life of the engagement plus a window you choose. Deletion requests are honoured within 30 days and confirmed in writing, and the full subprocessor list is available before you sign anything.
