AI & automation for real estate teams

Assess the loop, build one copilot, run it.

Three shapes, in that order. Nothing gets built before a loop has been measured, and nothing gets a retainer before it has hit its number.

First

A paid assessment

We sit with your agents, map every repetitive loop, and measure a baseline for the worst one so the build has a number to beat. You keep the roadmap whether or not you buy anything else.

  • A scored map of your loops, ranked by hours and error cost
  • A measured baseline for the top loop
  • A priced roadmap you own either way

Then

A fixed-bid copilot build

One loop, one scope, one price, built on your own forms and MLS fields. What it will do, what it will not, and what working means in numbers are all written down before the build starts.

  • A working copilot on your real files
  • An agent review step before anything reaches a client
  • A pass or fail report against the number we agreed

After

A monthly ops retainer

Once a copilot holds up, we run it. We watch for drift, re-evaluate on every change, report the number monthly, and scope the next loop when you want one.

  • Monitoring and drift re-evaluation
  • A monthly impact report with the measured number
  • Small changes absorbed without a new scope

The copilots these shapes get applied to are on the copilots page, and what happens inside a build is on how it works.

Before you ask

What you are not buying

  • Seat licences. You are buying a build on your own forms, not a subscription to somebody else's product.

  • A platform rollout. One loop, proven, then the next one.

  • Anything that reaches a client or a counterparty without a licensed human approving it.

  • Your data as training material. Our model agreements prohibit it and we do not resell it.

What Aago is not

Aago builds workflow software. It is not a brokerage, not a licensed agent, and it does not give real estate, legal, lending, or tax advice. Licensed professionals remain responsible for supervising its use, reviewing AI-assisted output, and exercising professional judgment before relying on or sending anything it produces.
