AI & automation for real estate teams

Published prices, fixed scope, no retainer to start.

A brokerage should be able to see what this costs before talking to anyone. The assessment is the only thing you have to buy first, and you keep it either way.

After it is live

Running it is monthly, and only once it works

A copilot earns its retainer by hitting the number first. Tiers scale with how many are live, not with your headcount.

One copilot live

$1,200

Monitoring, drift re-evaluation, small changes, and the monthly impact report.

Two to four live

$2,200

The same, plus faster response, prompt and eval tuning, and quarterly review materials.

How this works

No scope creep, no surprise line items

The scope is fixed before the price is

Every build is sold against a written scope. A change becomes a named addendum, not a quiet increase.

The assessment comes off the build

We do not quote a copilot before we have measured the loop. If you start a build within 90 days, the $2,500 comes off it, so the diagnostic costs you nothing but the time.

The number is agreed before any code

The evaluation set and the pass threshold are written down at scoping. If the copilot misses, you get the report saying so.

The retainer is not a lock-in

Monthly, cancel with 30 days notice. You own the prompts, configurations, and outputs either way.
